Description: Chucks Winter is the best ‘butternut’ type pumpkin if you have a long growing season; super sweet and excellent flavour, weighing 2-4kgs each. Once ripened (when the tan skin has a white bloom on it) they will have a hard skin and keep exceptionally well.

Planting Instructions: Sow seed into tray after danger of frost. Prick out at 6cm diagonal spacings when first leaves appear. Transplant into garden at 1m diagonal spacings once soil temp reaches 15-16 degrees C.
