Description: Golden beetroot grow fast in good conditions, and are smaller plants, with smaller leaves than most other beetroot. They have beautiful golden coloured roots, that I think are at their best roasted when young and served in a hot winter salad with vinaigrette.
Planting Instructions: Scatter seed into trays leaving plenty of space so they don’t need pricking out, cover with 3mm of seed raising mix. Transplant 4 weeks later at 10 cm diagonal spacings.
