Description: An outstanding round easy to grow Daikon, with a green shoulder on the topside above the ground, white skin and a bright pink mandala in the flesh. When you cook them, the inside goes evenly pink. They taste great raw, pickled or cooked as other Daikon.
Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear at 2.5cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when 6cm high at 10-15cm diagonal spacing.
