Chinese Cabbage Henry Harrington

Description: This is a Chinese type loose leaf cabbage from the Henry Harrington collection. It has wide white midribs and mid green leaves with a slight mustard flavour if grown well. Its excellent used for kimchi, stir fries and boil ups and when very young good in salads. It will self seed easily.

Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn for the North or early Spring for the South. Prick out when first two leaves appear to 2.5 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when 6 cm high at 20 cm diagonal spacing.
