Refund Policy for Kōanga Institute Workshops

At Kōanga Institute, we prioritise the seamless execution of our in-person workshops. To maintain the integrity of our event planning and ensure an optimal experience for all attendees, we have established the following refund policy:

  1. Refunds: Please note that we do not offer refunds for workshop bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, it is non-refundable.
  2. Ticket Transfer: Should you find yourself unable to attend a workshop you’ve booked, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another individual. We understand that circumstances can change, and therefore, the responsibility for ticket transfer lies with the original ticket holder. It’s important to notify us or update the registration information to reflect the new attendee.
  3. Communication: In the event of a ticket transfer, we kindly ask for prior notification to update our records accordingly. This helps us ensure a smooth check-in process for the newly attending individual.
  4. Responsibility: It’s essential to note that while we support ticket transfers, any changes or issues that arise due to the transferred ticket will be the responsibility of the individuals involved in the transfer.
  5. Workshop Cancellation: In the event of a workshop cancellation from our end, for whatever reason, we will refund all tickets in full.
