Kōanga Garden Crew Member

Kōanga Institute is seeking a Garden Crew member to work with our small, hardworking Garden Crew.

Key Responsibility:

Helping to maintain our seed gardens working towards the production of high-quality, high nutrition seeds

Working well within a team.
Enjoyment of and high capacity for physical outdoor work, all year round, in all weather.
A strong work ethic and an interest in regenerative food systems.
Basic practical handy skills to fix and build when necessary is appreciated.

● 40 hours per week

● $23- $24.50per hour – To be discussed, depending on skills & experience.

Available: A basic off grid cabin, caravan, on-site at Kōanga with shared facilities
