Description: Deep maroon coloured, highly ornamental mizuna that has feathery leaves, with crunchy tasty ribs, tender and easy to grow classic salad green, also suitable for wok dishes and stir frying. Flowers are edible too.
Planting Instructions: Best planted into trays in Spring and early Autumn. Pricked out to 3 cm diagonal spacing and transplanted when leaves touch to 25 cm.
