Cress Watercress

Description: If you have somewhere wet that holds water or remains moist over the winter months you can grow watercress, a highly nutritious cold season green either raw or cooked. It can be harvested from around May until Christmas.

Planting Instructions: Sow seeds into trays late Summer/Autumn. Transplant into pots in a container of water or transplant into wet boggy, shady position.
