Description: Odell’s is one of the first lettuces in our collection (after Winter) and was sent in by Howard Farr of Upper Hutt. He said it came originally from Rev Odell, a Methodist minister, at that time. It is the best little green cos lettuce, with small sweet crunchy midribs and leaves, a tight little heart and very fast and easy to grow. Great for small families. It does best in spring and autumn, but are great all year round. This is our favourite lettuce!

Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Spring and Autumn. Prick out to 2.5cm diagonal spacing and transplant when 6cm high at 10cm diagonal spacing.
