Chinese Cabbage Henry Harrington

Description: This is a Chinese type loose leaf cabbage from the Henry Harrington collection. It has wide white mid-ribs and lime green leaves with a slight mustard flavour if grown well. Its excellent used for kimchi, stir fries and boil ups and, when very young, good in salads. It will self seed easily.

Planting Instructions: Plant into trays in early Spring and Autumn. Prick out when the first two leaves appear at 3cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when 6cm high at 20cm diagonal spacing.
