Description: Sweet dry corn. Selected by Alan Kapular in the mid 1970s, this corn is a fascinating cross between a large white seeded Peruvian variety, multicoloured southwest (USA) native corns and heirloom sweet corn. 20 cm long cobs increase in colour as they mature, great as sweet corn, roasting corn and dry corn. Outstanding cultivar!

Planting Instructions: Plant into seed trays. Transplant into garden when 5-10 cm high and soil temperature reaches 15 degrees C at 40 cm diagonal spacing.
