Description: A tall, strongly scented, green, feathery leafed perennial with small yellow flowers. The bulbous base can be cooked as a vegetable or eaten raw in salads (used sparingly raw, because of the strong flavour). Greens can also be used in salads and in cooked dishes especially with fish or chicken. Seeds are wonderful snacks before they dry and seasoning after they dry.
