This Moon Calendar has been created out of the reality of the rhythms of a garden and kitchen that are growing, processing and storing, all of the fruit, eggs, vegetables and grains for a family. We are doing this in a way that is building soil life and growing nutrient dense veges and fruit and we are testing both soil and veges regularly to show this. All of our soil nutrition is coming from this land, except the fish waste from the coast.
