Description: HERB – medicinal perennial: 0.5-1.5 m (1.5-4 ft.) tall when flowering. Valerian has been widely used as a medicine through the centuries by many people.

Planting Instructions:  Sow into seed trays. Prick out at 2cm diagonal spacing when first 2 leaves appear. Transplant when 6-8cm high at 50 cm spacing.
