Description: HERB – medicinal perennial : 10cm high. Arnica forms a low ground cover coming up from creeping roots each Spring and requiring light soil and cold winters. Flowers are yellow and starry. Widely used as a folk remedy.
Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays. Prick out at 2cm diagonal spacing when first 2 leaves appear. Transplant when 6-8cm high at 25 cm spacing.
