Description: Gifted to the Koanga Collection by Henry Harrington from Southland. This is the best radish we have ever tasted! It is very juicy, tender and crisp and easily grown in Autumn and Spring. It looks like an icicle in that it is long and tapered and translucent white inside. Cool season fast growing radish. Excellent for lactic pickling once they are too big to eat raw.

Planting Instructions: Direct sow in garden in Autumn or early Spring and cover with netting to protect from birds during germination.
