Feedback from past students:
“Really special and amazing experience. I’ve learned so much about gardening, herbs and cooking in a practical and fun way. Kay is a brilliant and very generous soul. I’m so grateful for the wonderful experience. I’m feeling so inspired and energised to put in action everything I’ve learned” Sandara
“What a fantastic workshop, a large amount of learning that has it’s basis in health of the earth and ourselves. Great to be with people who have a passion for all things living. The information sharing was also a key part. Healthy food to keep you going and a serene environment. Thankyou so much for enabling me to be part of something truly enlightening and the beginning of my knowledge in healing to pass on to future generations” Keith
“The Herbal Medicine course helps us to start a herb garden of medicinal herbs, and then how to turn these plants into salves, oils, infusions, tinctures and teas. It also gave us knowledge and resources with which to continue our search for building on what we already know. This course is much preferable to a generic online course as there is no substitute for gathering the herbs from the plants growing at Koanga and touching them. Kay is a very experienced herbalist and her knowledge sharing ethos is something that is very special and possibly unique in NZ at this time” Alaine
