Description: Herb – culinary medicinal perennial. Used as an ingredient in both salads and dressings with a nut cucumber flavour. Leaves best harvested when young. Has also been used to treat diarrhea. Well known as an excellent herb for animal pasture. Grows to 30cm in flower.
Planting Instructions: Plant into seed trays in the Spring. Prick out to 2.5 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when leaves touch at 20 cm diagonal spacing. Likes deep free draining soil. Slugs love the new growth so precautions must be taken during the early stages.
