Description: Shellout, dwarf. From the Henry Harringtom Collection. This is 1 of 3 seed lines Henry has that have come from his Grandparent’s garden on Banks Peninsula . The de Malmanche family were original French settlers there. It is a dwarf pea that has edible shellout peas as well as delicious tendrils that can be harvested for salads. They taste like pea sprouts.

Planting Instructions: Sow in early Spring and early Autumn into seed trays to avoid slug, snail, and bird problems. Transplant into garden when 2-5cm high at 20cm diagonal spacing.
