Description: Lamb’s Quarters are an ancient green leaf vegetable that are second only to dandelion leaves as a source of the vegetable precursor to Vitamin A, beta carotene. They are delicious cooked at any stage of growth and are one of the most nutritious greens we can eat. It grows as a weed in many places and is a great summer green.

Planting Instructions: Plant in trays in Spring and cover lightly, prick out to 2.5 cm spacing and transplant when 5-10 cm high to 30 cm diagonal spacing. Self seeds easily.
