Description: A rare New Zealand heritage variety. This is one from the Harrington Collection. An old Southland variety renowned for its large sprouts and the long harvesting season. We have been selecting for heavy, reliable cropping and we are very proud to be able to offer you this super rare seed. It requires a cold winter to get tight sprouts.

Planting Instructions: Brussels sprouts only produce well in areas with frost and cold winters. Sow in December/January in more Northern areas, and December in colder areas. Prick out at 2.5cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when 5-8cm at 50cm diagonal spacing in beds.
