Description: January King is a beautiful flat headed savoy that becomes purple tinged on outside leaves with crinkled leaf edges with the frosts. They sit well when planted in early Autumn and are great for all uses. Excellent flavour. Savoy cabbages contain higher levels of nutrition than others.

Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear to 3cm diagonal spacing. Transplant 4 weeks later or when 6-8cm high to 50cm diagonal spacing.
