Description: Annual (2m) Vegetable companion. Giant Russian is the classic, large headed, large seeded, golden flowered, tall growing sunflower. It was bred in Russia by the peasants for it’s large seeds, as a staple food.

Planting Instructions: Sow in seed trays in Spring, prick out to 2.5 cm diagonal spacing and transplant when 6-10 cm high at 40 cm diagonal spacing.
