Description: HERB-culinary | up to 1m perennial. Lemon balm is a herbaceous plant in the mint family and native to south-central Europe, the Mediterranean Basin, Iran, and Central Asia, but now naturalized elsewhere. The leaves have a mild lemon scent. During Summer, small white flowers full of nectar appear.

Planting Instructions: Plant seed into trays in Spring, when first two leaves appear, prick out at 2.5cm diagonal spacing and transplant into garden at 30cm diagonal spacing when ground temperature reaches 15 degrees C.
