Description: Gifted to the Koanga collection by Ruth Perry of Fielding this outstanding climbing green snap bean is 12 cm long, round podded, very tender and juicy with an excellent delicate flavour. Takes longer to begin cropping than other beans but crops longer. The green pods have a beautiful purple blush when in the sun.
Planting Instructions: Scatter sow into seed trays when ground has warmed in Spring and transplant 8 cm apart when first 2 leaves appear. This avoids problems with birds, slugs, snails, and rotting in cold ground.
