Description: A heritage red cabbage, that has huge red/purple leaves and heart, sits well over winter, makes wonderful sauerkraut, and tastes great. Red/purple veges contain high levels of phytonutrients!

Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear to 3 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant 4 weeks later or when 6-8 cm high to 50 cm diagonal spacing.
