Description: January King is a beautiful flat headed savoy that has becomes purple tinged on outside leaves with crinkled leaf edges. They sit well when planted in early Autumn and are great for all uses. Excellent flavour and savoy cabbages contain higher levels of nutrition than others.
Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear to 3 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant 4 weeks later or when 6-8 cm high to 50 cm diagonal spacing.
