Pinch out growing tips continually and eat as spinach, raw or cooked. Small leaves best raw. Self seeds easily.
Planting Instructions: Spring, direct sow without covering seed. Alternatively plant into trays at 2.5cm diagonal spacing without covering seed. Prick out when the first two leaves appear. Transplant when 6cm high at 30cm diagonal spacing.
