Description: Japanese Daikon radish form beautiful white very long radishes with a green shoulder sticking up above the ground They are fantastic raw in salads or in soups, stews or stir fries, and also lactic pickled or fermented. They are very quick growing and remain tasty with tender flesh even when large. The greens can also be cooked and are very nutritious. Can be direct sown all year round except in areas with very cold winter temperatures. Very slow bolting.

Planting Instructions: For best results scatter sow into seed trays. Autumn or Early Spring. Transplant direct into garden when 2nd leaves appear at 15 cm diagonal spacing. Can also be direct sown all year round except in areas with very cold winter temperatures.
