Description: An outstanding round easy to grow Daikon, with a green shoulder on the topside above the ground, white skin and white flesh below the ground and a bright red mandala in the flesh. When you cook them the inside goes pink, with the green skin. They taste great raw, pickled or cooked as other Diakon.
Planting Instructions: Sow into seed trays in Autumn or early Spring. Prick out when first two leaves appear at 2.5 cm diagonal spacing. Transplant when 6 cm high at 10-15 cm diagonal spacing.
