Koanga Bentonite Clay 500g

Bentonite clay is a well known health product but here we are using it to extend the Vinevax pruning paste to 500mls making the pruning paste a lot cheaper, as well as for making the Koanga Tree Paste, for nourishing our fruit trees over Winter.

To extend your Vinevax pruning paste. Mix your Vinevax pruning paste as described on the product instructions, then to make 200mls up to 500mls, put 5 heaped Tablespoons of Bentonite clay into a small bowl, and add a little water to make a thick paste. Once it is smooth then add the water in the Bentonite up to 300mls, then mix well into the Vinevax mix. Put in a jar and store in the fridge. “To make Koanga Tree Paste 3 parts Bentonite clay or soil containing clay 4 parts fresh organic cow manure, 2 parts either silica sand or diatomaceous earth (available from Koanga Garden Essentials)”.
