Description:  The kiwano is an oval shaped fruit which has an orange skin with lots of tiny horns, sometimes called a horned melon. The kiwano is slightly sweet and has a refreshing taste. Kiwano are gaining popularity because of their long list of nutritional and medicinal qualities… particularly diabetes but also eye, brain, bone, metabolism and digestion health

Planting Instructions: Sow seed into tray after danger of frost. Prick out at 6 cm spacings when first leaves appear. Transplant into garden at 1m spacings once soil temp reaches 15-16 degrees C. along a trellis or fence etc
